The department trains experts with encyclopedic knowledge in the fields of chemistry and technology of monomers and polymers (rubbers) of organic and heteroorganic nature, as well as metalorganic catalysts for rubber production. Its graduates are in demand at 58 enterprises in the Russian Federation (including St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region), they also work in research the institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences and other research institutes.
